Our Training Philosophy

First Security Guard Services has a dedicated and focused training commitment for all its employees. Specifically designed, our own training programme creates a "pathway" of learning allowing our staff to develop relevant and practical skills and knowledge for their professional and personal development.

We have incorporated in our training, both our own specific in-house training programme, as well as the National Certificate in Security Level 2 and 3. NZQA qualification. We recognize that in having trained staff, our clients, our organization, and our staff, all benefit from the improved performance only specialist training can provide.
