Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process reflects and supports our aim of sourcing people who can undertake their job effectively while contributing to the work environment. That is, people not only with the requisite skills, knowledge and competencies to undertake their particular job functions but also who will work towards the outcomes sought by the Wilson Group and embrace our culture.

 

​Reading the position description (available for most jobs) is the best way to assess your suitability and optimise your application.

The position description will indicate the skills, experience and attributes relevant to the role. We usually shortlist within two weeks of closing our advertising for a position. If you're shortlisted, we'll call you to arrange an interview. All job offers are subject to referee checks and most positions also have a probation period. Some jobs also will be subject to certain screening checks. We also require proof of your eligibility to work in New Zealand.
