What to expect in the recruitment process:
Step 1: Apply Online
Submit your application through our online portal - Wilson Group Jobs
Step 2: Initial Phone Conversation
A member of our team will contact you to discuss your application and role.
Step 3: Interviews
Interviews are conducted either in person or via Teams. Some roles may require a second interview.
Step 4: Reference Checks
We’ll contact your references to help us confirm your employment history and the information you’ve provided. They also offer valuable insight into a person’s working style and behaviours, helping us assess how well you may align with our organisational culture.
Step 5: Verbal Offer
Successful candidates will receive a verbal offer.
Step 6: Contract and Employment Checks
Contracts and employment checks including driver checks, Ministry of Justice checks, right to work check, Police working with children check, and Certificate of Compliance (COA) if applicable which are sent via our online portal.
Step 7: Training (For Security Roles)
Once contracts are signed, you’ll complete the required training modules. Our training team will contact you with the next steps.
