FIRST Security offers on the job, paid training.
- We operate a formal induction and training process;
- We organise and pay for all new starters to get their Certificate of Approval;
- We offer an internal training programme to deliver the NZ Certificate in Security Level 3 (NZCiS L3). This training is paid for by FIRST Security and employees are paid while they are completing the training;
- Career development and skills progression includes ongoing online learning modules (LMS), support for officers to gain formal qualification, and development support such as numeracy and literacy.
