Where can I find previous service records and invoices? 

On the menu and select ‘Callout History’ and you will be able to view all previous callouts by date.

Can I automatically request for a Security Officer to check on my property every week? 

No, but we are looking into additional features and functions to accommodate App user’s needs.

How can I provide feedback and comments about the Responda App? 

At the end of each job you will be asked to provide comments. Alternatively, you can email support@responda.co.nz

What if I have dogs/gates/fireams?” What does this do to the experience?

Each App user will be asked to fill in their health & safety risks once they add a new address. This includes any animals on the property, firearms and accessibility issues. We encourage App users to provide as much detail as possible.

When you request a Security Officer, you will be asked to confirm your health & safety risk profile is up to date. If any changes are required, the FIRST Security Operations Centre will call you to confirm the H&S changes.
